Alpha Warranty Services, Inc. (AWS) is looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist for our Call Center. The QA Specialist will ensure consistency among all departments of the company in fulfilling a key portion of our Mission Statement – Deliver an unrivaled customer experience with every protection plan. This individual will work with all department managers to create, implement, and monitor a QA plan. The results of this plan will be regularly reported to management and the executive team.


Must be willing to work at corporate headquarters located in Riverton, Utah. No tele-commuting.




  • Work with department managers to create, or fine-tune in some cases, a QA plan
  • Assist with the implementation of QA software
  • Monitor customer interactions with AWS through a variety of methods (phone, email, live chat, etc.)
  • Develop a scoring system for customer interactions that is fair, objective and insightful
  • Assist with providing feedback and training to employees based on audit results
  • Design and implement a structure to incentivize unrivaled customer service
  • Track and provide statistics to AWS management on the progress of each department’s QA efforts
  • Some of the QA’s time will be spent creating a QA structure and some of the QA’s time will be spent performing actual QA duties
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies


  • 1-2 years of experience in a QA role, preferably in a service-industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business-related field
  • Exceptionally organized
  • Intermediate with programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, reporting software, etc.
  • 1-2 years of experience with QA software
  • Typing speed of 50 WPM or greater
  • Strong attention to detail
