Alpha Warranty Services, Inc. is searching for an experienced Call Center Rep to handle inbound calls and emails from our valued clients in a high-speed environment. A regular day for this position includes answering inbound phone calls, responding to live chat, and email correspondence with our business partners in a timely and efficient manner.
Additional tasks may include developing and conducting webinar trainings as well as discovering additional sales opportunities. We are a rapid growing company with advancement opportunities for the right individual with a drive for growth within the organization. The position will require someone with strong customer service and sales skills. Automotive experience is a plus but not required. Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday - Friday; NO Weekends!
