Alpha Warranty's customer service department is looking for a Customer Service Champion to assist our customers through phone, live chat, and email. Prefer Bi-lingual (Spanish) but will also consider applicants with over 1 year of Call Center - Customer Service experience.
A regular day for our Customer Service position includes taking calls from customers inquiring on the status of their claim, explaining benefits to customers and de-escalating situations with frustrated customers.
Working hours are Monday through Friday between 7am - 6pm. Shift for this position will likely be 8 to 5, or 9 to 6 with NO weekends.
