Alpha Warranty's customer service department is looking for a Customer Service Champion to assist our customers through phone, live chat, and email. Prefer Bi-lingual (Spanish) but will also consider applicants with over 1 year of Call Center - Customer Service experience.


A regular day for our Customer Service position includes taking calls from customers inquiring on the status of their claim, explaining benefits to customers and de-escalating situations with frustrated customers.


Working hours are Monday through Friday between 7am - 6pm. Shift for this position will likely be 8 to 5, or 9 to 6 with NO weekends.



  • Answer calls and respond to emails and live chat in English (and Spanish if applicable)
  • Handle customer inquiries clearly and calmly by telephone, email, and chat
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Navigate internal database to reference relevant data
  • Manage and resolve customer concerns
  • Analyze customer concerns and use problem solving skills to assist customers



  • At least 1 year experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Great verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

  • Required language proficiency (Bi-lingual Spanish/English is a plus, but not required)
  • Automotive knowledge (a plus, but not required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
