Overview

Alpha Warranty Services, Inc. is searching for an experienced Call Center Representative to handle calls and emails from our valued clients in our multi-queue call center environment. A regular day for this position includes answering inbound phone calls, making outbound calls, and responding to email correspondence with our business partners. This fast-paced environment requires someone who can take initiative and work in a timely and efficient manner, while demonstrating their strong customer service and relationship management skills.

 

Additional tasks include participating in live chat, providing support to our Sales team, and working closely with other departments. We are a rapidly growing company with advancement opportunities for the right individual. Automotive industry knowledge and experience is a plus but not required.

 

Shift: Curent open shift is 9:00 - 6:00. Schedule may change within the business hours of 7:00 AM – 6:00 Monday - Friday;  NO Weekends!

Responsibilities

  • Utilize customer service skills in a call center environment
  • Taking up to 40 incoming calls daily
  • Making outbound calls when necessary
  • Respond to emails in timely and efficient manner
  • Enter data into online tracking systems when required
  • Support and nurture relationships with our dealers and agents that you speak with
  • Engage in live chat quickly and efficiently
  • Create and deliver online training presentations for our dealerships and agents
  • Take on additional job related tasks as requested by team leaders
  • To work in a collaborative team environment

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of call center experience
  • Strong customer service and phone sales skills a MUST
  • Outgoing personality and positive attitude
  • Strong typing and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in an inbound call center office environment
  • Ability to politely and professionally handle escalated phone calls
  • Bi-Lingual Spanish / English is a plus, but not required
  • College & Schooling Degrees encouraged to apply but not required
