Does the drive for quality and continuous improvement run through your veins? Is your attention to detail and organization almost obsessive? If so, you may be a fit for the Quality Assurance Manager position at Alpha Warranty! As a vital member our Operations team, you will fulfill the needs of a fast-growing company by implementing and refining our call center Quality Assurance (QA) programs; helping guarantee we achieve a key element of our mission to “Deliver an unrivaled customer experience with every protection plan.”  We are looking for an experienced and innovative manager with a history of success in the QA field.


At Alpha Warranty, you will have the opportunity to work closely and connect with members of our awesome team and rock your job responsibilities, which include:

  • Working with management to develop, implement and improve new or existing QA programs and scoring systems
  • Monitoring customer interactions from multiple communication methods (phone, email and live chat)
  • Evaluating and reporting QA results for each call center department
  • Working with management to provide employee feedback and training based on QA results
  • Identifying opportunities for our call center to “Deliver an unrivaled customer experience with every protection plan”
  • Acting as the company expert in QA, which involves continually learning about the field and attending ongoing trainings


What Alpha Warranty will love about you:

  • You have at least one or two years of QA leadership experience – ideally in a call center or similar service related industry
  • Your verbal and written communication skills are as sharp as a tack
  • You understand and use QA software like a pro
  • You are more than proficient with Microsoft Office
  • You have exceptional organizational skills
  • Your attention to detail is spot on
  • You are a problem solver with sound judgment and working analytical skills
  • Your typing speed races at 50+ WPM
  • Your Bachelor’s degree in Business is a plus, but not required with equal experience
