If so, you may be a fit for the Regional Sales Manager position at Alpha Warranty! As a vital member of the Sales department, you will fulfill the needs of a fast-growing company by assisting and supporting our nationwide network of independent agents. We are looking for an ambitious and innovative professional with a proven track record of success in the automotive industry. Someone who can drive results, manage sales goals, and develop strategies to increase profitability and market share.

Responsibilities

At Alpha Warranty, you will have the opportunity to work closely and connect with members of our awesome team and rock your job responsibilities, which include:

  • Implementing established business plans with independent agents
  • Developing and executing meaningful strategies to increase market share and profitability
  • Monitoring market trends and reporting on new growth opportunities
  • Delivering influential sales presentations to prospective and existing accounts
  • Attending and coordinating regional trade shows
  • Traveling regularly (up to 75% of the time) and completing timely trip status reports
  • Educating agents and dealers on products and placement for greatest impact
  • Utilizing project management skills to provide outstanding and well-planned service for key accounts
  • Using strategic analysis, including SWOT, to maximize ROI of our dealer network
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales KPIs
  • Training our internal Sales team to maintain standardized branded sales approach at all levels

Qualifications
