Overview

As a leading member of our Sales Team, you will fulfill the needs of a fast-growing company by managing the overall operations and objectives of the Sales team for long-term success. We are looking for an experienced sales manager with a history of meaningful results in employee development and achieving business KPI’s.

Responsibilities

At Alpha Warranty, you will have the opportunity to work closely and connect with members of our awesome team and rock your job responsibilities, which include:

  • Motivating sales and other key team members to reach department KPIs
  • Managing team performance goals; including setting, monitoring and intervening to ensure success
  • Developing sales team through guidance, training, support and accountability
  • Assisting with completion of duties for account managers during their field travel
  • Understanding, communicating and training company programs and services to team and clients
  • Recognizing and responding to sales trends for business growth opportunities
  • Handling challenging situations related to dispute resolution
  • Ensuring successful implementation and use of CRM and other systems for department
  • Regular reporting of team results to the VP of Sales
  • Providing necessary support to hire and train open sales positions
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Your previous management experience of 3+ years in a changing environment
  • Your high level of analytical ability to establish goals and objectives to support success.
  • Your ability to identify, define and apply metrics for a measurement of success.
  • Your strong customer service skills.
  • Your interpersonal skills, including the ability to form constructive and effective relationships with clients and customers. Attentive and active listening skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills, and strong presentation skills with ability to adjust accordingly for a variety of audiences.
  • Your analytical and methodical reasoning with the ability to objectively outline both pros and cons of the situation and strategically conclude appropriate course of action.
  • Your working knowledge of technology such as Word, CRM databases, Excel, Outlook, etc.
